No, Velvet & Vow keeps things simple by offering one carefully curated all-inclusive package at a flat price.

Where are the ceremonies held?
Ceremonies can take place at:
A few local metro parks
Private property provided by the couple.
Locations are selected based on availability, accessibility, and overall experience.

Do you provide the marriage license?
No, couples are responsible for obtaining their marriage license through their local county before the ceremony date.

Can we choose our own location?
Yes, if you have a private property or meaningful outdoor location in mind, we can discuss making it work depending on permits, accessibility, and setup requirements.

How many guests can attend?
Velvet & Vow specializes in intimate ceremonies and can accommodate up to 40 guests.

How long does the experience last?
You can expect your ceremony experience to last approximately 1-2 hours including:

Minor customization requests may be available while still maintaining the signature Velvet & Vow style and experience.

We can discuss alternate plans if that occurs, including tents and indoor locations.

How far in advance should we book?
Booking early is recommended, especially during peak wedding seasons, but we will always do our best to accomodate you.

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a non-refundable retainer of 50% is due at the time of booking to reserve your date.

What areas do you serve?
Velvet & Vow primarily serves couples in the Dayton, OH area. Outside of our area, can be discussed with an additional travel fee.
